Tracks information relative to your music personnel. Instantly find out when a member last sang a solo, as well as what voice part or instruments he/she plays. Keeps track of the attendance of your choir members. Instantly find out the last 5 times your choir member has been absent. Keep track of personal information like occupation, phone numbers, voice parts, instruments played, and even birthdays, so you can send a card, or sing "Happy Birthday" at the next rehearsal. You can even print mailing labels so you can send cards to people that missed a rehearsal. Along with mailing labels, you can also print 30 pre-defined Avery label types as well as custom labels.
Keeps track of your instruments, choir robes, folders, audio devices etc. Track serial numbers, purchase prices, dealers, vendors, discounts and other information. Track who equipment has been checked out to and when it is due back in.
Tracks all of your music, recordings, trax, CCLI songs and other items. Use personal rating systems as well as other user-defined categories. Have detailed orchestration information for each record.
